The website www.artimlabt.ch provides information about the therapy offerings as well as current and past events at Michael Krauer's Art im Lab painting and design studio. The focus is in the context of the provision of the offers, especially in the German-speaking area of Switzerland. The use of the website www.artimlab.ch is free of charge and registration is not necessary.

  1. You can visit this website anonymously without us receiving any information about who you are. You can find a list of the options for moving anonymously on our website.here. This website can also be used without Google Analytics analyzing your surfing behavior.

  2. When you access our website, data about this process is stored and processed by default in a log file (so-called log files). These are stored anonymously by masking the end. This incomplete IP address is stored in detail in the so-called log files together with a time stamp of the visit to my website, the URL accessed (my website), the URL from where you came to my website and the identifier of your browser. However, it is not possible to draw direct conclusions about you personally. The data in the log files is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes and is automatically deleted after six (6) months at the latest. This represents the legal retention obligation of the website hosting service. The evaluated statistics in Google Analytics are automatically deleted by Google LLC at the end of each month after 14 months.

  3. Personal (personal) data is collected in the contact and registration forms if you provide it to us yourself.

  4. Other personal (personal) data for personal identification is not required. Please note that entries of personal data, in particular personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses), are made on a voluntary basis.   1. To the extent that I am legally obliged to do so, I will adhere to the legally required contract data processing agreement and operate in accordance with DSG standards.

  2. I undertake to take all necessary measures to protect your personal and personal data. As a client, your personal data will be stored and processed in the Medical Invoice billing software from SUVA (Swiss Accident Insurance). In addition to your personal information (name, date of birth, home address, telephone number and email address), your treatments are recorded with the date, duration and price. The treatment bill is created on the basis of this data.
