The body's non-verbal language goes hand in hand with the creative process. Giving form and finding language from what every fiber of your body already knows. To be conscious and unconscious is an essential part of our structure. How the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems support and nourish each other. The secret of life uses the creative process to give meaning and purpose in life.

I believe in the harmony of mind and body. Yoga offers a healthy counterpoint to the creative process. As with yoga and art, we start with having both feet on the ground, finding space and rhythm in ourselves, choosing materials creatively, and aesthetically adapting the feel of the work of art.
